Moulding

There are various types of wood sizes and pieces that will eventually make it to the moulders as noted in the previous sections.

Once the wood has been planed or processed into either wood blocks or blanks it is taken to a moulder. A moulder is a machine that cuts the wood pieces with a high speed cutting knife head and grooves out the profiles of a finished moulding.

The moulding is then graded and inspected by our skilled technicians before it makes it out our doors and is delivered to our customers.
